tag banned at Mass. School
Jesus Christ. What next?
Yeah, you read that right....tag is now banned, as well as other unsupervised "chasing" games.
Tag is now out during recess at Willett Elementary School in Attleboro.
So is touch football and any other unsupervised "chasing" games that are deemed to pose the risk of injury as well as liability to the school.
"It's a time when accidents can happen," said Principal Gaylene Heppe, in her second year at the helm of Willett.
Am I the only one out there that think that maybe we're raising an entire generation of spoiled, wimpy kids that will grow up thinking they are entitled to everything?
I hope not.
Well, as long as Dodgeball is still on the "table" we're ok...or was that
banned already?
I think the nail for this one is the 'liability' issue. Too many schools
are too terrified of pussyfying parents who'll sue them if Junior or
Juniorette gets so much as a hangnail, the last thing the schools want is a
lawsuit over a scraped knee. I agree wholeheartedly; we're being forced to
raise a bunch of self-centered little wusses.
And they are all going to be obese from the lack of exercise. But then the
parents will sue the schools for not providing enough physical education.
SHit, can't win for losin'.

WoW!! Can you imagine this generation of children ever having to go to
war?! After growing up learning NOT to chase or be 'rough' they'll never
survive! We won't win another war if this kind of nonsense is allowed to
continue. Kids need to learn that life is rough and tough sometimes ..
How's that saying go ... Life's rough, get a helmet!
What sickens me about americans is how we let LAWYERS ruin BOTH our lives
and our culture.

moral fiber. And now they are trying to get "civil" trials for terrorists
